Description

• Dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for Director, Program Management position • Hands-on role with significant elements of program strategy and cross-functional execution • Proven expertise in leading global cross-functional teams • Drive program strategy and ensure clear communication of program strategy, implementation plans, and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 10 – 15 years (without Master's) or 8 – 12 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry • Minimum 7 years R&D program management experience leading cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Experience in early clinical stage drug development in oncology/immuno-oncology required
