Description

• Lead, mentor and grow Technical Program Management team • Define, lead and own the technical execution strategy for a large engineering organization • Apply the right balance of technical and leadership skills • Deeply understand technology and products • Regularly communicate program status and drive visibility of program information • Continuously identify improvement opportunities in new and established processes • Architect and implement efficient and scalable program management processes • Develop metrics and KPIs to track and improve program execution and efficiency • Pursue every task with drive and appropriate sense of urgency • Consistently move problems toward resolution and help others do the same

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in technical leadership roles • BS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience • Proven history of successfully leading, building and scaling technical program/project management teams • Excellent understanding of software development process • Strong examples of a proactive approach in risk management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making • Outstanding ability of creating and maintaining open lines of communication • Consistent track record of implementing and leading agile practices in software development environments
