• Develop and implement PMO strategies • Oversee planning and execution of global commercial projects • Implement Agile/Scrum/Lean principles • Partner with Corporate Affairs for communication plans • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Drive adoption of project management tools • Monitor project schedules and address risks • Prepare project presentations and updates • Foster continual improvement in project management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field • PMP certification preferred • 10+ years of project management experience • Experience leading a team in a significant workstream • Ability to drive resolution of constraints and issues • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or Smart Sheets
