Description
• Develop and implement PMO strategies, methodologies, and best practices • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects • Implement Agile/Scrum/Lean principles • Partner with teams to ensure project alignment • Manage resources and prioritize projects • Monitor project schedules and deliver updates • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field • PMP certification preferred • 10+ years of project management experience • Experience leading a team in a significant workstream • Strong project/program management and design thinking skills • Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives • Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or Smart Sheets
