Requirements
• Prior experience managing affinity programs for brands • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, meeting targets, and successfully leading digital initiatives • Experience in banking, both consumer and commercial, preferred • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to drive digital initiatives and manage affinity relationships • Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Experience executing both digital marketing and traditional marketing programs • Data-driven mindset • Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational and risk & compliance excellence
