Description

• Director of Trust & Safety efforts and central privacy programs cross-functional team management. • Manage T&S integrity and compliance and promote privacy-first culture. • Collaborate with legal, data, product, engineering, and policy teams for a secure environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety/Integrity operations or privacy, or complex strategic operations that require excellent judgment. • Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing and collaborate across diverse partner groups. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and tech industry best practices related to privacy (globally). • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Expertise preferred in Ads, AI and/or Privacy Programs as key domains.
