Description

• This role is remote-friendly. • The Program Director is accountable for successful delivery of CXM's client accounts. • Collaborate with client management and project management across dentsu's Data & Technology Strategy practice areas. • Partner with the Solutions Team and Practice Area delivery leadership to define the vision and evolve program management capability. • Specifically, you will be responsible for delivery across dentsu's end-to-end client lifecycle – from RFP response to client sunsetting. • Ability to facilitate and conduct large workshops managing multiple different teams. • Create or update story-based presentations to explain complex initiatives and problems (Storytelling). • Ability to be the bridge builder between business and IT teams. • Be comfortable working with numbers for ROI, TCO or other business models. • Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. • Ensure all programs are delivered on-schedule, on budget, and meet the expectations of the agreed scope. • Good understanding of data foundation, ETL, profiling and data quality needs. • Strong understanding of value of cloud-based approaches and implementations in any of AWS, GCP or Azure.

Requirements

• At least 15 years experience delivering large transformations, complex, global, scaled client engagements with star brands in a professional services environment. • Experience bringing diverse teams together to deliver stellar digital experience work. • Program subject matter expert who is an accomplished delivery leader who has experienced global / complex roll-out and knows how to guarantee successful execution of strategic initiatives. • Experience working in partnership with other professional services organizations in client contexts. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
