Description

• The Finance & Accounting Program Management Director drives alignment, clarity, efficiency, process, and accountability across the CFO organization. • This role plays a crucial role within the Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis. • As an individual contributor, you will focus on project management, ensuring the execution of important finance projects, optimizing financial processes, and aligning priorities across Included Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline • 12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5+ years in a project management or operations-focused role. • Experience moving projects from brainstorming into defined requirements into execution and communications is critical • Experience building business cases, supporting thesis with numerical and qualitative analysis. • Experience operating in a healthcare or digital healthcare environment is preferred. • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences. • Strong technical and market knowledge across healthcare.
