📋 Description

• Seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to serve as a key bridge between our stream-aligned teams and platform teams. • Leverage technical depth and leadership experience to drive platform adoption. • Establish and measure engineering standards and ensure platform capabilities evolve based on real team needs. • Report to the CTO and create a feedback loop to help platform and product teams succeed. • Be the voice of stream-aligned teams in platform decisions and roadmap planning. • Drive measurable improvements in platform adoption and developer productivity. • Create feedback mechanisms that help the platform evolve based on real needs. • Influence technical standards and practices across the engineering organization. • Build strong relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with experience in both platform and product development • Strong track record of driving technical standards and best practices across multiple teams • Experience with developer experience (DX) improvements and measuring engineering productivity • Excellence in gathering and synthesizing feedback from multiple stakeholders • Strong data analysis skills for measuring and reporting on platform adoption and success metrics • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and business needs • Experience with modern development practices and tooling • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Experience with internal developer platforms and platform engineering • Background in developer advocacy or developer relations • Experience with DORA metrics and engineering productivity measurement • Track record of successful change management in engineering organizations • Experience with service catalogs and internal platform products
