• DESBY is a forward-thinking organization specializing in delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions to drive digital transformation and operational excellence for businesses across various industries. • We are in search of a ServiceNow Functional Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of business processes through strategic implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business process optimization, coupled with expertise in ServiceNow's capabilities, to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience. • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, mapping out process improvements, and ensuring that ServiceNow implementations are aligned with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years’ experience in business process consulting, with specific experience in ServiceNow implementations preferred. • Strong understanding of business process optimization and reengineering principles. • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. • Experience in change management and facilitating training sessions. • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
