Description

• As a founding data scientist, you will shape our marketing strategy and data science function • Define marketing strategy with leadership for paid, owned and earned channels • Ensure high standards for instrumentation and measurement of KPIs • Improve marketing measurement and iterate on attribution models • Identify trends and opportunities through data to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention • Create models to score leads based on their likelihood to convert

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc) • 5+ years of experience in a data scientist or related role • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R • Deep understanding of ads platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft), data enrichment, and reverse ETL process through a CDP such as Segment or RudderStack • Strong working knowledge of randomized controlled experiments and quasi-experiments • A strategic thought partner that brings ideas and solutions to the table • A simplifier who’s able to communicate with executive team effectively • Extreme ownership and resourcefulness to get things done
