📋 Description
• Collaborate with clients to determine event goals, objectives, and budget • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, catering, and accommodations • Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage • Manage event registration, attendee lists, and feedback surveys • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown • Monitor and evaluate event performance, including ROI and attendee satisfaction • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure seamless event integration
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in a remote setting • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in event management software and tools • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • US valid ID and eligibility to work in the USA
