• The Sales Support Engineer provides the commercial sales team with development and progression of customer relationships and opportunities to close orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Accountable for performing initial technical arrangement, sizing, technical diligence and technical Q&A support to assist in advancing client opportunities to formal proposal status. • Support sales managers, and internal staff, to prepare technical responses to customer questions and support early customer engagement activities. • Be the liaison between customers and the Eos application engineering team to obtain feedback on product performance, quality, documentation, and overall customer satisfaction. • Foster technical champions at key accounts while being responsive, consistent, and supportive of the overall market to help convert an ever-growing pipeline into revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, related degree, or equivalent experience required. • Minimum of 2 years' experience. • 5 years' experience preferred.
