Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on C# experience in Software Engineering or Test Automation • 1+ year as a Software Engineering Manager or similar management role • Proven track record with large projects involving complex system and team integrations • Solid understanding of development best practices and .NET skills • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control measures; • Experience working with Monolithic and Micro-service software architectures; • Experience managing various stakeholders from Product and Engineering teams; • Experience in schedule, resource and risk management • Strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship management skills • Sharp critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Familiarity with payment processing industry • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
