• Expertise in evaluating soft skills and cultural fit through experience interviews • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and C-level executives • Proven experience hiring Sales and Account Managers in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or consulting services • Established success in recruiting for the U.S. market • Advanced/Fluent English level (both written and spoken) • Availability to work during EST hours for collaboration with U.S. candidates and teams • Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.) • Background or education in psychology for enhanced candidate assessments • Knowledge of talent market trends, particularly in the U.S. tech sector • Strong networking skills with a broad professional network
