Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with React.js • Proficiency in React.js full-stack frameworks (Next.js, Remix) • Strong TypeScript skills and their effective application in frontend and backend development • Familiarity with the React.js ecosystem and ability to assess its components’ strengths and long-term relevance • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Ability to set technical direction and shape frontend architecture vision • Ability to align technical solutions with broader business goals and long-term vision • Experience leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers • Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience with TypeScript on the server side • Experience using modern paradigms like React Server components • POS industry experience • Willingness to work remotely and occasionally travel for team meetings
