• Manage and coordinate security clearance processing for personnel, including initial clearances, renewals, upgrades, and terminations in alignment with contract requirements and government regulations. • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). • Maintain personnel security files and records in accordance with security clearance requirements, conducting regular audits and updates. • Report and investigate security violations or incidents, coordinating with government agencies as required. • Conduct security awareness training and briefings for cleared personnel. • Serve as the primary point of contact with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). • Develop and update internal security policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related field, with a focus on personnel clearance processing and compliance. • Certified FSO (Facility Security Officer) training completion required. • Proficiency with security management systems (e.g., JPAS/DISS), strong understanding of NISPOM guidelines, and experience in security policies and procedures. • Must hold or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, Microsoft 365.
