• The Professional Services Security Consulting Engineer will have deep technical expertise with design and troubleshooting and recommending solutions and/or process changes. • The Security Consulting Engineer's role within our organization is someone that acts independently to determine and develop approaches to solutions. • Responsibilities include oversight of the design, development, implementation and analysis of security architectures such as: Cisco NGFW, Palo Alto Strata, Network Access Control (e.g., ISE, ClearPass), Palo Alto Prisma Access, and F5 Networks etc. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors throughout project or program. • Typical tasks may include greenfield implementation, migrations, break/fix, upgrades, loading software maintenance releases. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong engineering and operational experience in large enterprise networks. • Exceptional at multi-tasking, time management, and remaining flexible in a highly dynamic environment. • Requires strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with customers while presenting complex technical issues. • Needs to have good cross-functional understanding of technical architectures outside targeted domain to account for required integration points.
• Must hold active certifications in one or more of the following certifications: • CCNP Enterprise • CCNP Security • CCIE Security • Palo Alto PCNSE • Palo Alto PCSFE
