Description

• Managing and coordinating user story creation and definition • Managing product development processes (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.) • Defining test cases • Coordinating and documenting input from various stakeholders in feature prioritization and definition • Managing the creation, cataloging, and grooming of user stories • Coordinating the allocation of development tasks to developers • Managing the status of stories in the Scrum board

Requirements

• Proven experience in Scrum facilitation, leading ceremonies effectively and inclusively • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Wrike) • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, and Zoom • Adept in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills • Basic understanding of technical aspects of software development (not required) • Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for team progress (not required) • Strong understanding of version control using Git (not required) • Familiarity with source code management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos) (not required)
