📋 Description
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Erstbewertungen der Außendienstteams zur Ermittlung von Wissenslücken. • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung von Inhalten für das Kerncurriculum in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten. • Entwicklung, Coaching und Unterstützung neuer und etablierter Außendienstmitarbeiter zur Sicherstellung des kommerziellen Erfolgs. • Erstellung detaillierter Schulungsberichte und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Gesamtvertriebsleistung. • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schulungsziele konsistent erreicht werden.
🎯 Requirements
