• The Talent, Organization, and Diversity team is actively seeking a Talent and Org Effectiveness expert. • This individual will be diagnosing, designing, implementing, and measuring regional interventions and initiatives aligned with Dexcom’s strategic objectives. • Ability to develop strong relationships with HR Partners and business leadership. • Serve as OE practice lead for one or more OE practice area. • Develop a comprehensive talent and organization roadmap in support of the region’s business priorities.
Requirements
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
