Description
• As a Lead Consultant in Implementations, you will be a crucial link between our software solutions and our customers. • Your role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of our software. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of basic academy accounting terms and funding streams. • Lead the execution of implementation projects from initiation to completion. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
Requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on explaining financial concepts. • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to project challenges. • Strong organisational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with financial systems would be desirable.
