Description

• Lead, design, develop, and implement management and organization development strategies and solutions in EMEA. • Diagnose, design, implement, and measure regional interventions and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. • Blend strategic vision, understanding of organizational dynamics, and hands-on approach to embedding sustainable change and cross collaboration.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience • A Bachelor's degree • Ability to develop strong relationships with HR Partners and business leadership • Advise on and facilitate large scale, complex change management initiatives • Consult on and provide leader and team effectiveness solutions • Consult on and facilitate organization design and alignment engagements • Implement large OE programs targeted at building enterprise change capability, readiness, team alignment and/or organization design • Apply theoretical knowledge and practical experience related to OE/OD methodologies, processes and tools; infuse new knowledge, theories and practices within the OE tools, team, and with HR partners. • Serve as OE practice lead for one or more OE practice area such as change management, organization design, consulting and contracting, etc. • Develop a comprehensive talent and organization roadmap in support of the region’s business priorities, regional nuances and our talent strategy
