Description

• Aligning with annual strategic imperatives, drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products across the assigned territory. • Increase Dexcom market share (sensor sales) and the territory revenue in line with company expectations. • Provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to relevant HCPs in innovative ways. • Collaborate with the Market Access team to optimize available policy and funding opportunities. • Manage the territory for Dexcom, demonstrating effective planning according to territory and business needs. • Daily use of CRM system to identify business development opportunities. • Maximize strategic partnerships with other companies to grow sales for standalone product.

Requirements

• A proven track record of success of selling within the healthcare environment. • Sound experience of analyzing data – collates, organizes and interprets data to provide clear and comprehensible information to business plan and manage a territory. • Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training. • Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. • Understanding and previous experience of CRM systems. • Full UK driving license (with no more than 3 points). • Knowledge of diabetes market in the UK is preferred.
