• Aligning with annual strategic imperatives, drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products across the assigned territory within Secondary Care, Primary Care and Community Diabetes Teams by providing solutions and support services. • Increase Dexcom market share (sensor sales) and the territory revenue in line with company expectations utilizing services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture. • Provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to relevant HCPs in innovative ways (10-15% time maximum). • Collaborate with the Market Access team to optimize available policy and funding opportunities. • Manage the territory for Dexcom, demonstrating effective planning according to territory and business needs. • Daily use of CRM system to identify business development opportunities. • Maximize strategic partnerships with other companies to grow sales for standalone product.
• A proven track record of success of selling within the healthcare environment. • Sound experience of analyzing data – collates, organizes and interprets data to provide clear and comprehensible information to business plan and manage a territory. • Strong commercial selling skills to include sales competency or selling skills training. • Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. • Understanding and previous experience of CRM systems. • Full UK driving license (with no more than 3 points). • Knowledge of diabetes market in the UK is preferred.
