Description

• Dianthus Therapeutics is a biotech company delivering monoclonal antibodies. • The Senior Manager, FP&A will drive strategic initiatives and improve financial reporting. • Involved with budgeting, forecasting, and operational support, with visibility to senior management. • Experience in Biotech/pharma and understanding accounting principles is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required; MBA or CPA preferred. • Experience in financial modeling in both Microsoft Excel and within a corporate ERP / FP&A software solution, with a focus on annual budgeting and long-range planning • Knowledge of accounting and finance operations, including an understanding of expense recognition criteria for clinical development activities • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities and workflow. • Commitment to excellence, accuracy and high standards. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. • Ability to work with all levels of management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
