• Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers • Develop machine learning/AI products that improve DSG business performance • Translate the work of the Data Science function into findings for application by the broader business • Responsible for building the capability and role of data science across the enterprise • Support the creation of well-defined road maps that align data science projects with business needs • Lead the implementation of data and analytics strategy

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred in quantitative fields like computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, economics etc. • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level (Over 6 years to 10 years). • Experience in the field of scalable retail recommender systems, deep learning methods, personalization methods (2+ years)
