Description

• Work closely with other product designers, product managers, and software engineers. • Deliver product experiences rooted in human-centered principles. • Actively participate in high-quality product organization and delivery. • Invest in learning and collaboration with product managers and engineers. • Utilize mixed-methods research to identify and understand user journeys and top problems. • Validate effectiveness of experiences pre-launch through experimentation. • Leverage in-house design system to communicate with engineers during development. • Seek feedback from users and aggregate it meaningfully within the team.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of Product Design. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with various peer groups (engineering, product management, etc.). • Effective relationship building with technology peers and stakeholders. • Ability to balance business objectives & customer needs. • Demonstrated success defining & launching successful products. • Strong deductive reasoning skills. • Curious attitude and desire to learn. • Customer-centric view into developing great product experiences and advocacy on a customer's behalf. • Experience with generative research methods. • Problem solving frameworks understanding. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle. • Knowledge of lean product management. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. • Portfolio of work demonstrating a human-centered design process.
