📋 Description

• Mitgestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Rollen-, Karriere- und Entwicklungsprogrammen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende • Identifikation von Entwicklungsbedarfen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden, Erarbeitung individueller Entwicklungspläne • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Betreuung von Talentmanagement-Prozessen (z. B. Nachfolgeplanung, Potentialanalysen, Mentoring) • Organisation und Durchführung von Weiterbildungen, Workshops und Trainings – auch mit externen Partnern • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Gewinnung von Fach- und Führungskräften • Operative Verantwortung für den Recruiting-Prozesses: Von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Vertragsabschluss • Steuerung externer Dienstleister (z.B. Personalvermittlungen, Headhunter) • Optimierung von Recruiting- / Bewerbermanagement - Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz (z. B. durch KI-gestützte Lösungen, Automatisierung, Lean Recruiting, ggf. gezieltes Outsourcing operativer Aufgaben) • Aufbau und Pflege eines Talentpools sowie aktives Networking

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Psychologie, Personal oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den genannten Themenfeldern, insbesondere Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen und Prozessen zur Personalentwicklung; zusätzliche Erfahrungen in der Organisationsentwicklung von Vorteil • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HRIS-Systemen (idealerweise Personio) sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalyse-Tools; Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace von Vorteil • Hohe Gestaltungsmotivation mit dem Antrieb, bestehende Prozesse nicht nur umzusetzen, sondern kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen und effizienter zu gestalten • Hands-on-Mentalität zur pragmatischen Adaptierung und Umsetzung marktgängiger Konzepte – mit Begeisterung dafür, operative Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft anzupacken, während du strategische Prozesse optimierst und Innovationen vorantreibst • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit – auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
