Description

• Join Digible as a pivotal Senior Software Engineer, leading one of our teams. • Reporting directly to a Senior Engineering Manager, you play a key role in aligning with stakeholders. • This includes ensuring the timely delivery of customer-facing SAAS products and contributing significantly to ideation around new products. • Your dual focus will be on establishing yourself as a trusted tech lead and championing engineering best practices. • Drive the adoption of methodologies that ensure consistent and timely delivery of high-quality products. • Drive innovation and lead the technical work of a diverse and talented team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record in architecting scalable and dependable systems, leveraging industry best practices. • Proficiency in modern JavaScript-based web stacks (Node, TypeScript, React, etc.). • Deep understanding of system architecture principles and patterns. • Hands-on familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or GCP. • Experience guiding a team through growth phases in small (3-10) to medium (10-50) organization sizes. • Working knowledge of iterative value-focused delivery methodologies.

Benefits
