🎯 Requirements
•Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. •Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. •Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Service Management. •Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL und anderen relevanten IT Service Management Frameworks. •Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Implementierung von Veränderungen. •Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten. •Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten. •Erfahrung mit Ticketing Systemen und ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira).
