β’ Engage in new, and developing existing, relationships at the C-suite, VP, Director level at target clients. β’ Create narratives with a beginning, middle, and end to explain complex processes, ideas, or events. β’ Prepare, present and close new business through industry events, virtual meetings, and conferences. β’ Identify and sell new media solutions to businesses and agencies, helping them connect with their customers/users. β’ Enter daily sales activity, meeting, calls, email opportunities, pipeline, and deals into Digital Remedy CRM. β’ Show consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. β’ Manage client relationships inclusive of strategy recommendation and up-selling. β’ Lead, mentor, and manage a seller, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
β’ Have a strong set of existing relationships with independent agencies and brands directly in the Southeast region (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia). β’ At least 5 years of experience working at a media sales organization selling brand advertising campaigns, strong OTT experience a plus! β’ Experience working in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Advertising or startup preferred. β’ Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. β’ Knowledge of OTT/CTV and OTT/CTV industry landscape a plus. β’ Skilled in new business development while communicating effectively with senior management. β’ Excellent customer facing skills specifically with regards to negotiation. β’ Experience with CRM management is a plus. β’ Hard-working and persistent, ensuring delivery of great results, go-getter attitude.
