• Digital Remedy is a Performance Marketing Partner for brands & agencies. • Headquartered in New York City, that specializes in helping marketers deliver better outcomes and higher ROI on their media investments. • Digital Remedy offers access, measurement, and optimization across all major media channels with a specialty in Performance CTV. • Responsible for driving success of our Media Solutions, Data Solutions, Platform Solutions and Sales Engineering functions. • Involves shaping the future of our digital strategy and driving growth across all digital channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AdTech or MarTech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products that drive user engagement and revenue growth. • 5+ years of experience in product management. • Deep understanding of advertising technology, data providers, and the programmatic ecosystem. • Proven ability to lead strategic partnership integrations, coordinating cross-functional teams to align partner technologies seamlessly, while fostering long-term relationships to strengthen product offerings and expand market reach. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail. • People management. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience inspiring and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA). Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging a range of data tools and analytics platforms to drive product strategy and decision-making.
