β€’ Lead the development and strategic direction of the Evidence Generation Platform. β€’ Drive creation of data-driven tools for actionable insights from real-world data. β€’ Ensure alignment of product vision and strategy with company goals and market demands. β€’ Oversee entire product lifecycle from concept to market delivery. β€’ Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration with engineering, data science, and commercial teams. β€’ Develop go-to-market strategy and oversee product launches for the platform. β€’ Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in evidence generation.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. β€’ An advanced degree (PhD) or MBA is highly preferred. β€’ 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven experience leading product strategy for software platforms in the life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research sectors, particularly focusing on data platforms, analytics, or evidence generation tools. β€’ Hands-on experience working with real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), clinical data, or omics technologies. β€’ Track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles for complex, data-driven platforms in highly regulated environments. β€’ Deep understanding of evidence generation platforms, data management (e.g., RWD, EHRs, clinical trials data, registries), and associated analytics tools. β€’ Knowledge of AI/ML applications in life sciences research, with a focus on how these technologies can be leveraged to advance drug discovery, clinical trials, and outcomes research. β€’ Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures (e.g., AWS, GCP) and API-driven product ecosystems. β€’ Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management. β€’ Experience working with multi-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and commercial teams, to drive product delivery and growth. β€’ Ability to translate complex user requirements and technical challenges into clear. β€’ Deep knowledge of the discovery and life sciences markets, including the challenges and opportunities in biopharma R&D, clinical development, and regulatory landscapes. β€’ Experience working with C-suite executives, board members, and external partners, with the ability to communicate strategic goals and product vision effectively.
