Description

• Transform the online grocery shopping experience as a Product Director at Instacart • Lead a team of product managers to drive transformative changes • Develop and implement a strategic product vision for customer grocery shopping needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings • Leverage customer insights to formulate product strategies that boost satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field • 8-10 years of product management experience • 2-4 years of managing a team of 3+ PMs • Experience leading product teams delivering customer facing products • Strong communicator with experience pitching and landing 0-1 new products • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive customer obsession, and data driven decision making • Experience with AI and personalization (preferred) • Product management experience in the eCommerce field (preferred)
