• Own and define the product monetization strategy for the company. • Collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams to align monetization objectives. • Lead the ideation & prioritization of experiments across the app product portfolio. • Inspire the team with a compelling vision and strategy. • Leverage data science to define, track and report on key growth metrics. • Be a Product culture maker and help evangelize the growth mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • ~7 + years of experience in product management, with high impact growth fintech experience of a minimum 5 yrs. • Proven track record of driving significant 10X user growth and achieving business goals • Strategic mindset on leveraging qual + quant data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and influencing skills. • Experience with the latest growth hacking techniques and tools. - Proficiency in analytics and product management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
