Description

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven initiatives within Vanta's product portfolio • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, AI-powered systems and products • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new AI opportunities to enhance Vanta's offerings • Lead AI adoption across Vanta's product suite, helping other teams integrate AI into their product features and experiences • Shape Vanta's AI product team culture as we grow and continue to innovate with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Have 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company • Have experience building or working with innovative AI products that create customer value • Demonstrate strong systems thinking and the ability to manage complex trade-offs with a strategic mindset • Possess strong analytical skills, able to dive deep into data to guide product decisions • Are deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders • Have the ability to create a strategy and bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution.
