Description
• Provide high-level technical expertise and business analysis support for HUD OCIO contract • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend enhancements • Serve as the primary technical resource for system design, enhancement, and troubleshooting across HUD systems • Conduct in-depth analysis of HUD’s technical environment and provide recommendations for improvements • Translate business needs into technical specifications • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all system modifications and enhancements • Support modernization by identifying opportunities and developing strategies • Ensure compliance with HUD’s technical standards and security protocols
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years relevant experience in Computer Science or IT-related field, Business administration/management, or Technology Management • 5+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation of complex, large-scale computer systems and WEB applications • 3+ years of experience in DevOps • 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud and/or similar cloud environments • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, data integration, and modern software development practices • Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis, systems documentation, and technical writing • In-depth understanding of security and compliance standards • Proficiency in requirements management tools and documentation platforms • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of DevOps practices and ITIL methodologies is preferred • Familiarity with relevant HUD systems and applications or equivalent large-scale enterprise systems
