Description
• Fulfills fiduciary responsibilities through trust administration • Executes all aspects of administration in accordance with Trust Procedures • Identifies and mitigates weaknesses in execution and/or process • Actively manages compliance issues following established procedures • Analyzes and interprets legal instruments for bank duties • Works with Field TOs and TAs to execute fiduciary duty effectively • Manages risk to Key’s reputation regarding fiduciary expertise • Inspires team participation in managing fiduciary matters efficiently
Requirements
• Two plus years of personal trust administration experience or equivalent • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) • Strong customer focus • Ability to work as part of a client servicing team • General knowledge and understanding of fiduciary and/or financial and/or investment products and services • Progress towards the completion of Cannon Trust Schools I, II and III or equivalent training
