Description

• Automation Engineers at DigitalGenius will form part of our new Automation Engineering team within Service Delivery • Responsible for building and maintaining automation flows across our UK and EU accounts • Support Account Teams with implementations and ongoing maintenance of existing solutions in an Agile manner • Attend sprint ceremonies to prioritise and review support requests from account teams • Build, integrate, and optimise automation processes for customer service via our Visual Flow Builder • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by managing multiple technical support requests • Write and maintain documentation of technical configurations and processes • Internal improvement initiatives to improve Service Delivery processes • Identify and communicate product enhancement potential to our Product team

Requirements

• Experience building automated process flows • Strong organisational and project management skills • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
