Description

• Solutions Engineers at DigitalGenius are responsible for technical service delivery across accounts. • Implement and optimize solutions throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle. • Develop integrations with other platforms using Node.js or Python AWS lambdas. • Manage technical support responses and escalations to ensure issue resolution. • Train customers on using our Platform for automation processes. • Communicate product enhancement potential to the Product team.

Requirements

• Coding experience (Python and/or Node.js) • Strong organisational and project management skills • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
