β’ Develop and implement custom marketing strategies aligned with client goals and Directive best practices. β’ Utilize project phases, historical performance, and ongoing campaigns to optimize strategies over time. β’ Collaborate with Associate Directors (AsDs) to address roadblocks and ensure strategic alignment. β’ Craft creative briefs and ideate compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights. β’ Apply proven frameworks such as LTV modeling, customer generation, share of SERP, and content production. β’ Analyze data from sources like Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to establish measurable client goals. β’ Collaborate with AsDs to review and finalize goals before presenting them to clients. β’ Oversee execution of strategies, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time. β’ Utilize Asana to manage workflows, delegate tasks to specialists, and monitor progress. β’ Partner with content writers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations. β’ Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships. β’ Proactively communicate with clients about deliverables, timelines, and progress via Slack and regular meetings. β’ Keep internal leadership informed about roadblocks, growth opportunities, and account changes, such as strategy pivots or point-of-contact transitions. β’ Prepare and present regular updates on client strategy progress, including: β’ Bi-weekly meetings to review Net Success Metrics (NSM) and ongoing deliverables. β’ Monthly and quarterly reports summarizing campaign performance. β’ Bi-annual business review presentations highlighting key results and recommendations.
