📋 Description
• Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM system aligned with DisclosedRx’s business strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and strategies. • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integrations. • Develop training programs to drive adoption across teams. • Monitor CRM performance with IT teams for improvements. • Assess manual processes for automation efficiency improvements. • Create dashboards and reports for leadership insights. • Serve as liaison between leadership, teams, and CRM vendors.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading CRM system implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and data analytics in a CRM environment. • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or healthcare-related industry. • Familiarity with PBM client/member interactions, sales, and operational workflows. • Experience with system integrations (APIs, data migrations, third-party tools).
