• 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with at least 2 years focused on the gaming industry. • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns from concept to execution. • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work for technology brands, including branding, digital, social media, video, events, and experiential projects. • Deep understanding of gaming culture, industry trends, and the unique dynamics of online communities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. • Experience working with in-house teams and external partners, such as advertising agencies, production companies, and influencers. • Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and experience overseeing the production process. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, creative strategies.
