• Be part of a culture where diversity, teamwork, and collaboration reign. • Join a company that is just as employee focused as it is on its customers. • The Product Professional is responsible for partnering with stakeholders to define the product vision at the team level while prioritizing "what" the team is working on to deliver value to the customer. • Assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new/existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans. • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related • 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry, or related • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry, or related • Agile Certification – Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner preferred • Strong understanding of network security technologies (firewall, IDS/IPS, SWG, Remote Access, etc) • Experience defining and prioritizing the Firewall and IDS/IPS product roadmap • Knowledge of both on-prem and cloud deployments/architecture • Compliance/regulation experience • Automation experience/vision • Collaboration with other product owners, chapter leaders, engineers, and stakeholders
