Description

• Now is the time to join Dispel! • Dispel a cybersecurity company specializing in secure remote access, OT DMZ unification, and threat detection. • This is a full time position. • Dispel is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join a team of roughly ~20 engineers. • Opportunity to work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions. • Professional and creative work environment valuing contributions. • Team members participate in solving problems and improving code/infrastructure. • You will have the opportunity to make a big impact and share/learn a lot.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience. • Automate all the things. • Provide leadership in DevOps, Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration and redundancy methodologies and techniques. • Experience with containers. • Know how to achieve highly reliable distributed systems. • Experience with delivering code onto production in a reliable manner. • Good sense of logging, monitoring and alerts. • Must be excellent communicator. • A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again. • A passion for learning new disciplines and gaining a deep understanding of how others on the team do their work. • An ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both in-person and over team chat.
