• We are representing a growing real estate investment company managing approximately 400 rental apartments across multiple properties. • The Junior Social Media Assistant will be responsible for managing promotional activities, tracking messages, and supporting communication workflows. • Create and manage company Facebook listings, design advertisements, and post in relevant groups. • Research top property rental websites and optimize listings across multiple platforms. • Explore potential social media channels for property marketing and develop strategies.
Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in English. Spanish or French is a plus. • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate politely and respectfully in all interactions • Experience, or an understanding of managing social media accounts • Ability to navigate and learn new digital platforms quickly • Proactive mindset with a talent for bringing innovative ideas • Availability to work at least 3 hours that overlap with Eastern Time Zone
