Description

• Play a critical role in shaping Diverge Health’s workforce by developing strategies to attract technical talent. • Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and support corporate recruitment needs. • Build strategic candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. • Partner with leadership to align recruitment strategies with team needs and business objectives. • Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions. • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally within a healthcare organization. • 2+ years of experience utilizing Greenhouse Recruiting as a primary recruitment platform. • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining exceptional organizational and communication skills. • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and driving results. • Experience balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term pipeline development strategies. • Preferred (High-level) Knowledge Of: • Modern orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Prefect, Airflow). • Cloud platforms, particularly AWS. • Salesforce development, including Apex and APIs. • Programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. • Data tools and frameworks like Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and CI/CD pipelines. • Frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and backend services (e.g., Node.js, Express). • Relational and NoSQL databases.
