Description

β€’ Provides basic administrative support for the recruiting department. β€’ Uses internship as a means to gain practical work experience to reinforce specific knowledge gained through college education. β€’ Performs administrative duties to include creating and editing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and analyzing basic data. β€’ Researches information, gathers data and prepares basic reports or analyses. β€’ Collates documents, brochures or other materials. β€’ Prepares basic correspondence. β€’ Accesses document management system to update and/or create new documents as needed. β€’ Attends and participates in meetings to gain an understanding of department objectives and recent activities. β€’ Assists on special projects and assignments. β€’ Answers phones, files and responds to questions as necessary.

Requirements

β€’ Solid skills in Microsoft office to include Word and Excel. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Good interpersonal and organizational skills. β€’ Strong attention to detail. β€’ Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
