Description

• Provide Schedule Management Support for DLH’s Defense Health Agency (DHA) Solution Delivery Division (SDD) client. • Establish and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Produce, review, evaluate, and analyze all SDD projects with an integrated IMS. • Develop, review, evaluate and analyze SDD project Enterprise IMS. • Produce regular IMS updates for assigned projects and provide project status reports. • Facilitate/Assist required scheduling meetings and provide stakeholders with increased visibility. • Provide training quarterly for SDD staff on Microsoft Project. • Provide project-level and program level scheduling support. • Attend weekly Enterprise IMS scheduling meetings and brief status of IMS. • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to assist with identifying an Enterprise IMS tool. • Provide SDD Quarterly IPR Support for project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 3 years of project experience. • Knowledge and experience with project scheduling and MS Project software required. • Ability to develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs. • PMP certification preferred. • Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner. • Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.
