Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience). • +5 years of experience working in digital products as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and product lifecycle. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable and scalable insights. • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques. • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with product management tasks. • Nice to have: • Experience leading teams and defining product strategies. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. • Knowledge and understanding of the payments industry and emerging markets context. • Proficiency in utilizing metric tools, analyzing performance, and optimizing conversion funnels.
