• Defining the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions. • Developing and implementing AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions. • Developing and implementing internal tools for our routing solutions. • Analyzing and using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve routing strategies. • Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and payment technologies. • Ensuring that routing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Working closely with other product teams to ensure that routing solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. • Leading discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities. • Leading the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, and payments. • Good understanding of AI and ML technologies and their applications in transaction routing. • Experience in the payments ecosystem is essential. • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship. • Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations. • Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges.
